In this SenseMaking session we take an overview of the purpose of Social System Mapping and dive into a digestible overview of the Iceberg Model, Complex Adaptive Systems, and Pattern Spotters. Our live session broke out into small group to see which patterns they could spot in our own Community of Practice Social System Map and return to share their findings.
