There's one place where sumApp is not yet as flexible as it should be, if we're to truly enable rapid-cycle reflective learning - and that is in re-ordering the survey question options.
Say you've manually input all 50 states into a select field, opened the survey - and then realize you should have included Puerto Rico and didn't. You need to go back and add it. As you can imagine, we've run into a whole range of examples like that, where you need to change or add some options, and leaving them in the chronological order they were added is a bad idea.
And right now, in sumApp - that's just too bad, you're stuck with the order you have. UNLESS you're using Tier III or IV.
So First - We're working on it - it's high on the priority list. We didn't intend to trap you in this way, it just sort of happened (haha).
Second - There IS a (somewhat tedious, but do-able) work-around you can use in Tiers III & IV if you can't wait for the fix.
How to do the work-around?
Let us know if you have more questions.
We'll announce when the option-ordering function has been implemented.
